These terms apply to the AnyNoter apps and anynoter.com, provided by Epogia, LLC. By using AnyNoter you agree to them.
Using AnyNoter
AnyNoter turns recordings, files, links, photos and text into notes with the help of AI. You must have the right to record and import what you use: ask for consent before you record people, and follow the laws where you are and the terms of the sites you import from.
Your content
You keep all rights to what you import and to the notes AnyNoter creates for you. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you.
AI output
Notes, transcripts, answers, flashcards and rewrites are generated automatically and can contain mistakes. Check anything important against the original source before you rely on it.
Subscriptions
AnyNoter Pro is billed through the App Store or Google Play and renews automatically until you cancel in your store account settings. Prices are shown before you subscribe. Refunds follow the store’s policies.
Acceptable use
Do not use AnyNoter to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload malware, or overload or reverse engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and liability
We work to keep AnyNoter available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Epogia, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last twelve months.
Ending
You can stop using AnyNoter and delete your account at any time.
